At Nalli, we take pride in our heritage of quality and craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the sarees remain unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Visit our 'My Orders' section or contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your package to log your return or exchange request.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Ensure the silk saree is folded in its original silk mark tissue and includes all authentications; our team will review your request and approve the pickup based on product condition.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep through our trusted logistics partners at a time convenient for you.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
